- Find vessels that called at a portUse the Navigation History filter in Vessel Search to list vessels that visited a port in a date range.
- Narrow results with advanced filtersCombine vessel type, size, ownership, voyage, class, shipbuilding, engine, certificate and fleet criteria to narrow any vessel list.
- Work with search resultsSearch within results, choose columns, switch to the map, hide risky vessels, and export, add to fleets or create an alert from selected vessels.
- Save a search and run it againStore a search with its ports, dates, distance and filters, and run it again from the same tab.
- Read a vessel profileWhat each part of a vessel's profile shows, from voyage and ownership to port calls, sanctions and engine details.
- Look up a ship owner or managerFind a ship owner or manager in Owners / Managers and read their company profile, fleet and port activity.
- Create a fleet and add vesselsCreate a standard fleet and add vessels to it by name or IMO number.
- Import vessels into a fleetAdd many vessels to a standard fleet at once from an Excel file of IMO numbers or from ship managers' fleets.
- Create a dynamic fleet from a ship managerFollow every vessel of a ship owner or manager with a fleet that updates itself.
- Manage your fleetsRename or delete a fleet, filter and export it, see it on the map, create an alert for it, and see every fleet's vessels in one list.
- Create an alertSet up an email alert in three steps, choosing a trigger, the vessels to watch and when the digest arrives.
- Alert on ETA changesGet an email digest when a vessel's ETA moves by more than a number of hours you choose.
- Create an alert for a single vesselStart an alert from a vessel's profile, so the vessel is already chosen.
- Manage your alertsFind, pause, edit, duplicate or delete an alert, and open it to see which vessels match.
- Alert on destination changesGet an email digest when a vessel changes the destination it reports.

- Share fleets with your teamMake a fleet visible to colleagues under the Company tab and filter the combined view by destination, manager or trader.
- Draw a custom areaDraw an area of sea on the map, save it, and see every vessel inside it.
- Use a template areaView the vessels in a ready-made area such as the Strait of Hormuz, and copy it to My Areas.
Core concepts8
- Track and monitor vessels with FleetsA Fleet is a saved group of vessels you follow over time, either a list you build yourself or one that stays in sync with a ship manager's vessels automatically.
- Stay on top of vessel events with AlertsAn Alert emails you when a vessel event you define happens, such as a scheduled arrival, an ETA change or a sanctions status change, so you never have to run the same search twice.
- Vessel risk statusesWhat the red and orange risk markers on vessel lists mean and how to see the reason behind them.
- Track upcoming port calls with Scheduled ArrivalsScheduled Arrivals lists the vessels heading to one or more ports within a number of days you choose, based on each vessel's reported ETA, with its owner and managers alongside.
- Find vessels near your port with Nearby VesselsNearby Vessels shows every vessel that is within a distance you set of one or more ports right now, based on live AIS positions, with its owner and managers alongside.
- Search for vessels with Vessel SearchVessel Search finds a specific vessel by name, IMO or MMSI, or builds a list of every vessel that matches criteria such as type, ownership, engine or the ports it has called at.
- Build a prospect list with Owners / ManagersOwners / Managers searches shipping companies directly, by name or by fleet criteria such as country, role, fleet size and trading region, and shows each company's contacts, fleet and port activity.
- Track vessels in a zone you define with Custom AreasA Custom Area is a zone you draw on the map, or copy from a ready-made template, so you can see every vessel inside it and be alerted when vessels enter, leave or change status there.
