Export a compliance report as PDF
Download a vessel or company's Compliance & Risk Check as a PDF report, with your own reference number and notes.
The Export PDF button on a Compliance & Risk Check downloads the check as a branded A4 report: the vessel or company details, the risk status, every finding and, if you choose, the details behind each one. Add your own case reference and notes, and keep it as a record of your screening or share it with a counterparty or auditor.

Open the Compliance & Risk Check
Open the vessel profile and scroll to Compliance & Risk Check, or open the company profile and click the Compliance & Risk Check tab. See Check a vessel for compliance risk or Check a company for compliance risk.
Click Export PDF
Export PDF sits in the top right corner of the check. Export report opens with a preview of the file on the left and the options on the right.

Note: The button is shown when the check has findings: Sanctioned, High risk, Elevated risk, or “Only minor indicators were identified”. When the check says “No risk indicators were identified”, there is no report to export.
Choose Full report or Summary
Under Detail:
- Full report includes each finding plus the details behind it, as the check shows them when you open each row.
- Summary includes the findings only, as the check lists them.
The preview changes as you choose.
Choose the sections
Under Sections, untick any finding you want to leave out. Vessel info (or the company’s details) is always included.

Add a reference and notes
Both are optional and are printed on the first page:
- Reference / case no.: your own reference, for example “KYC-2026-118”. Up to 40 characters.
- Additional notes: for example “Charter enquiry from broker declined on 12 Oct.” Up to 500 characters, labelled as your note.
Click Download PDF
The report downloads to your computer, named after the vessel or company, its IMO number and the date, for example
AMI_IMO9329760_compliance_20261029.pdf.The bottom left of the dialog shows how many exports you have used, for example “9 of 10 PDF exports used during your trial”. If the report can’t be created, you see “We couldn’t generate the PDF. Please try again.”
Note: The report records the check as it stood when it was last screened, shown as Screened in the report header. It is a screening result, not a legal clearance.
