ESTMA provides a full suite of maritime agency services, including Port Agency, Cargo Handling and Operations, Logistics and Transportation and Customs Clearance.
While ESTMA are headquartered in Estonia, they provide operational coverage in ATLA (EEATL), BATUMI (GEBUS), BEKKERI (EEBEK), BUTINGE (LTBOT), HELTERMAA (EEHLT), KELNASE (EEKLN), KLAIPEDA (LTKLJ), KULEVI (GEKUL), KUNDA (EEKND), LIEPAJA (LVLPX) and 23 more. Their network ensures a single point of contact for the entire region.
ESTMA operates dedicated branch offices in Tallinn, Maardu, Viimsi, Ventspils and Klaipeda. Having local offices in these hubs allows for faster response times and better local authority coordination.
ESTMA maintain the ISO 9001:2015 and IATA Cargo Agent certifications for quality management. They are also members of IATA, BIMCO, Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI), NALSA (Latvian National Association of Shipbrokers and Shipping Agents) and LLMAA (The Lithuanian Shipbrokers and Agents Association), ensuring they meet the highest international maritime benchmarks for service and financial standing.
