  • Total port calls rose 5.0% month on month to 610 in July 2026, up from 581 in June 2026.
  • LPG carrier calls posted the only swing above 50%, falling 62.3% to 26 calls, while tanker calls, the largest category, rose 28.7% to 184 calls and bulk carrier calls rose 19.0% to 125 calls.
  • Sohar led all ports with 248 calls, a 40.7% share, and the top three ports, Sohar, Salalah, and Duqm, together accounted for 87.2% of national traffic.
