Koordenfabriek Van Houte nv and Exsil nv are rope manufacturing companies located in Dendermonde, Belgium, near the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam. Since May 2009, both companies operate from a recently acquired building in the industrial area of Dendermonde. They employ 18 people and focus on quality and flexibility. Quality is assured through an in-house management system and ropes are tested on a 300t pull test bench, with verification by independent organizations such as Lloyd’s, BV, DNV, RINA.
