Situated within the Special Economic Zone of Subic, the Keppel Subic Shipyard prides itself in possessing one of the most expansive drydocks in the Philippines, measuring 550 meters in length and 65 meters in width. This drydock is renowned for its co-drydocking capability, which significantly enhances the efficiency and reduces the turnaround times for shipowners.

The shipyard has a rich history of managing complex projects, including the overhaul and transformation of supertankers. Notably, it has successfully conducted the intricate process of converting single-hull tankers into double-hull ones, alongside customizing hulls for Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units. The specialized service of converting coal transhippers is another area where Keppel Subic Shipyard shines, with multiple completed projects in recent times.

Positioned at the epicenter of the Arabian Gulf's oil and gas operations, the Nakilat-Keppel Offshore & Marine (N-KOM) shipyard emerges from the synergy between Qatar Gas Transport Company (Nakilat) and Keppel Offshore & Marine (KOM). This conglomerate leverages profound knowledge and proficiency to offer an array of services including the repair, conversion, and building of marine vessels, as well as constructions for offshore and onshore infrastructures.

Expanding across an impressive 50 hectares, N-KOM boasts a robust infrastructure designed to cater to the marine industry's varied needs. The facility houses two graving docks alongside a floating dock, specifically engineered to service Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs). Additionally, the yard features extensive quays and piers providing a combined berthing length of 3,150 meters, strategically placed workshops directly in front of the drydocks, and over half a million square meters dedicated to fabrication. To further bolster its operational flexibility and proficiency, N-KOM also incorporates on-site subcontractor services.
