Our primary facility is strategically situated in Callao, setting us apart as the singular entity in the country equipped to cater to both minor and major vessels, including units of the Peruvian Navy. Spread over a vast area of 300,000 square meters, equipped with extensive docks and slipways, our capabilities include undertaking shipbuilding projects of up to 50,000 Deadweight Tonnage (DWT) and executing repairs for various classes of vessels, with a capacity up to 25,000 DWT.

The Chimbote Operation Center stands as the preeminent shipyard across the nation for both small-scale and extensive maritime projects, while also being a leading entity in the domain of metal fabrication. Spread over an expanse of 164,000 square meters, this facility is equipped with a synchronised lift system, several docking stations, and sophisticated workshops capable of constructing and refurbishing vessels that weigh as much as 940 tons, including fishing vessels, tugboats, and personnel carriers.

Metal Fabrication Facilities

Adjacent to its shipbuilding capabilities, the center boasts a dedicated metal-working precinct sprawling over 70,000 square meters, with a significant 10,000 square meter manufacturing hall. This space is complemented by storage facilities and supplementary workshops, which collectively process up to 3,000 tons of steel annually. Among the structures produced are highways bridges, sluice gates, and high-pressure conduits, alongside other sizable constructs.

It also ranks as a leading facility for metal fabrication across the nation. Spanning a vast 164,000 square meters, the facility is outfitted with a syncrolift, a variety of docking stations, and workshops fully equipped to handle the construction and restoration of vessels weighing up to 940 tons. This includes a wide array of maritime transportation such as fishing vessels, tugboats, and motorboats designed for crew transfer.

Metal Fabrication Division

Adjacent to the shipbuilding operations, the center boasts a dedicated metal-working division. This division occupies its own space of 70,000 square meters, highlighted by a massive production hall covering 10,000 square meters. The area is further complemented by storage facilities and supplementary workshops. Collectively, these facilities have the capacity to process up to 3,000 tons of steel annually. The output ranges from essential infrastructure such as highway bridges to specialized items like gates and pressure conduits, not to mention other significant steel structures.
