About

Company Origins and Evolution

Founded in the coastal town of Saeki City in August 1988, our establishment has grown through a close alliance with Onomichi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., harnessing cutting-edge technological expertise. Originally focused on constructing an array of bulk carriers, our venture has diversified into the production of specialized vessels, including RO/RO cargo ships and product chemical tankers. This diversification, fueled by a dedication to fulfilling client needs, has earned us a robust reputation and a loyal clientele.

Quality Certifications and Technological Advancements

In the year 2000, our commitment to excellence was recognized with ISO9001 certification. Our facilities have seen significant advancements, including the addition of a state-of-the-art blast painting factory and automated line welding machines, underlining our relentless quest for product quality enhancement. Further infrastructure developments came in 2008 with the extension of our berth and the incorporation of ball launch systems. The innovation continued into 2009 with the adoption of tandem construction methodologies, allowing us to streamline our production processes even further.

Infrastructure Expansion and Equipment Modernization

The year 2015 marked a significant milestone with the reclamation and renovation of the No. 1 quay, leading to an expanded berth capacity. This expansion paved the way for the completion of the Onomichi Shipbuilding Saiki Factory in 2017, a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced 20-electrode welding machines, distortion correction systems, and RF welding apparatus. These enhancements have revolutionized our manufacturing capabilities, enabling us to embark on even more ambitious projects.

Commitment to Excellence

As we continue to evolve, our core objectives remain unchanged: to achieve unparalleled technological prowess and uphold rigorous standards of quality control. "Quality and customer first" serves as our guiding principle, steering us toward continual improvement and innovation in our operations. We are dedicated to not only maintaining but also elevating the superior standards that our customers have come to expect from us over the years.
