The company owns and operates 10 ports and terminals, economic cities and free zones covering 550 km2, and provides digital, logistics, and maritime & shipping solutions. ADQ, an Abu Dhabi holding company, is the majority shareholder with a 75.42% ownership as of 31 December 2024. The company is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) under the ticker symbol ADPORTS.
