Pelikan Shipping Agency originated from the agency department of the Izmit branch of Orion Shipping in 1990. It was established as an independent company in 2003 and has since expanded its network to serve all Turkish ports. The company is a member of IMEAK Chamber of Shipping, Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce, and Kocaeli Shipping Agents Association (KOGAD). Its main activity is port agency, especially in Kocaeli, a major industrial and port city in Turkey.
