The company was founded in Syria in 2000 by a group of Captains, Naval Architects, Marine Engineers, Port State officers, Independent Surveyors, and lawyers. The company stopped its activities in Syria in 2015 due to the war and reopened in Turkey, İskenderun, in 2019. The staff is well-experienced in all maritime aspects and has followed several training courses related to maritime fields.
