USI was incorporated in 1985 and has been driven by a commitment to provide quality service to all its customers. The company was established on March 10, 1986, as a shipping agent, ship operator, and ship broker in Manila, Philippines. It began operations with charter vessels carrying forest wood products on a semi-liner basis from 1986 to 1995. USI is based in Manila and Subic, Philippines.
