Sea Bird provides a full suite of maritime agency services, including Port Agency, Crew Handling, Logistics and Transportation, Bunker and Fuel Supply, Pilotage & Tugboat Services, Cargo Handling and Operations, Spare Parts Services and Waste Management and Environmental Services.

While Sea Bird are headquartered in Egypt, they provide operational coverage in ABU QIR (EGAKI), ABU ZENIMAH (EGAZA), AIN SUKHNA (EGAIS), AL ADABIYAH (EGADA), AL QUSAYR (EGAQU), ALEXANDRIA (EGALY), DAMIETTA (EGDAM), EL ARISH (AL ARISH) (EGAAC), EL DEKHEILA (EGEDK), FA'ID (EGFAD) and 20 more. Their network ensures a single point of contact for the entire region.

Sea Bird operates dedicated branch offices in Port Said and Cairo. Having local offices in these hubs allows for faster response times and better local authority coordination.

Sea Bird maintain the ISM Code, ISPS Code, Class Approvals for Fire/Safety Equipment and ISO 9002 certifications for quality management. They hold DNV GL, Bureau Veritas, ABS, Lloyd's Register and IR class approvals. They are also members of BIMCO, IMPA and ISSA, ensuring they meet the highest international maritime benchmarks for service and financial standing.
