Singapore recorded 6,309 port calls in August 2026, an increase of 17.3% from 5,377 calls in July 2026. Tanker calls posted the largest gain among major vessel types, rising 41.3% to 1,946 and becoming the leading category at 30.8% of national traffic.

  • Total port calls rose 17.3% month on month to 6,309, up from 5,377 in July 2026.
  • Tanker calls rose 41.3% to 1,946 and became the largest vessel-type category at 30.8% share, ahead of bulk carrier calls at 1,611 and container calls at 1,424.
  • The Port of Singapore accounted for 6,255 calls, or 99.1% of national traffic, with Keppel recording the remaining 54 calls.
