  • Container calls and LNG carrier calls each rose 200.0% to 9 calls and 6 calls respectively, tanker calls rose 120.0% to 11 calls, while bulk carrier calls fell 40.0% to 15 calls.
  • Port activity remained concentrated at Shuaiba with 19 calls, 32.8% share, and the port of Kuwait with 16 calls, 27.6% share; together with Mina Al Ahmadi's 11 calls, 19.0% share, the top three ports accounted for 79.4% of national traffic.
