Located in Yongquan, Linhai, within Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, Taizhou Maple Leaf Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. stands as a non-governmental enterprise established in December 2005. Primarily engaged in the construction of ships, the company sprawls over an approximate 340,000 square meters. Featuring a 1.5-kilometer stretch of coastal line, the shipyard is equipped with an outfitting quay stretching 260 meters, a duo of 50,000-ton slipways, alongside a 30,000-ton slipway, a numerical control workshop, numerous processing and block workshops, a substantial assembly area of around 20,000 square meters, four technologically advanced paint houses adhering to PSPC standards for spraying, and the slipways boast an impressive maximum lifting capability of 400 tons. To date, investments into the shipyard have soared to RMB 600 million, and its workforce comprises approximately 3000 individuals, including 85 engineers of the highest qualification and 140 skilled technicians. Moreover, MLSC operates a closely affiliated entity, Yezhi Machinery Co., Ltd., focusing on the production of shipbuilding supplementary equipment, including hatch covers, outfitting components, and precise machining of shafting components, among others.

Over the years, Taizhou Maple Leaf Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. has achieved the construction and delivery of a diverse range of vessels, including bulk carriers, chemical and product oil tankers, container ships, and advanced oceanic vessels, all characterized by high technology and increased value.
