Founded in 2004 and situated in Yongquan Town, within the city bounds of Linhai, Zhejiang Province, China, Linhai Huipu Shipbuilding Company Limited occupies a prime location with easy access to the Gulf of Taizhou. The company’s facilities extend over 15 acres, featuring seven ferroconcrete slipways for shipbuilding and two expansive workshops. Linhai Huipu is adept at crafting a diverse assortment of steel vessels, ranging up to 30,000 deadweight tonnage (DWT) and a maximum length of 300 meters. The shipyard’s portfolio includes the construction of tugboats, barges, oil and chemical tankers, container ships, bulk carriers, and more, showcasing its versatility and capacity in shipbuilding. Known for its commitment to excellence, the shipyard has upheld the standards of ISO 9001:2000 Quality, ISO 14001:2004 Environment, and GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Health Management Systems since February 2006, signaling its dedication to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health.

Since opening its doors, Linhai Huipu Shipbuilding Company Limited has successfully completed and delivered 46 ships, with sizes ranging from 3000 to 22000 DWT. Their extensive shipbuilding repertoire encompasses bulk carriers, oil tankers, chemical tankers, barges, tugboats, and engineering ships. These vessels serve a variety of markets across the globe, including Europe, Asia, and Africa, indicating the shipyard's broad appeal and international reach. Equipped with cutting-edge shipbuilding gear and amenities, such as gantry cranes, precision cutting machines, powerful press machines, and an array of welding machinery, the shipyard is at the forefront of ship construction and repair. In 2018, Linhai Huipu was actively working on six vessels, among them container ships, a roll-on/roll-off (RoRo), a bulk carrier, a deck barge, and a chemical tanker.
