The National Ports Agency (ANP) is a Moroccan public institution, with financial autonomy and legal personality. It is under the technical supervision of the Ministry of Equipment and Water and subject to the financial control of the State applicable to public institutions. The ANP is responsible for the authority and regulation of the Moroccan port system.
