Worms Services Maritimes is a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 934,058 euros, chaired by Alexandre Cour. The company is present in France and internationally (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia) via a broad network of agencies and subsidiaries. Its main activities are maritime agency for regular lines and ship agency for tramping, handling all types of vessels and cargo. The group also offers services in transport commission, logistics, customs representation, and bonded warehousing. The company is owned by a descendant of the founder and traces its origins to the late 1840s.
