Bravo Ship represents ship owners and technical managers and delivers tailored dry-docking agency services and full-scope repair and
maintenance solutions across Turkish ports and shipyards. Since 2022, we have completed over 300 projects — from emergency breakdowns to complex ship overhauls.

Why did you start Bravo Ship?

Through my experience, I realized that ship managers need a reliable, swift partner who understands the local context and operates with high standards to safeguard their assets. I founded Bravo Ship to offer smart, tailored solutions and eliminate the uncertainty. Today, we are a trusted local partner for 20+ technical managers worldwide, helping them navigate afloat repair and dry-docking operations in Turkish waters with confidence.

How do you make a difference?

We align with class societies, coordinate with port agents, and work closely with the vessel crew to ensure seamless delivery. During a recent fullscope repair with tight a deadline, our 15+ person team was deployed across cargo holds, the upper deck, and the engine room. The captain asked whether we would really finish on time.

What he did not know was that we had already accounted for every workload bottleneck with buffer resources, parallel task sequences, and clearly defined responsibilities. We delivered successfully on time – that is how we earn the trust of our customers.
